Blood Donation Eligibility
- Blood donor should be in good general health condition at the time of blood donation.
- Age should be between 18- 65 years.
- Weight not less than 50 Kg.
- Blood pressure should be between 50/ 100 to 90/ 180 (mm Hg).
- Pulse rate between 50-100 pulses/minute.
- Body temperature not more than 37.5°C.
- Blood donor must present their valid Emirates ID.
- Donor will undergo preliminary interview with a physician, The donor will be asked about the medical, medication and the travel history to the Malaria endemic countries.
How to Donate Blood in Sharjah?

- Complete the required questionnaire, and sign the Informed Consent form.
- Preliminary tests will be conducted to determine your blood group and measure vital indicators, including blood pressure, heart rate, and body temperature.
- Proceed with the blood donation process.
