How to apply for Nol Personalized Gold, Silver, Blue Card for Students, Adults, People of determination, Senior citizen?

You can either apply for a new personal nol card or personalize your existing nol silver / gold card.

How to apply Nol Personal card online?

1. Go to https://www.rta.ae/wps/portal/rta/ae/public-transport/nol/apply-pcard

2. Click the apply button and fill the application form through website / mobile app

3. Enter the nol card details, personal details, contact details.

4. Upload the required documents and make the payment.

5. Once completed the application, you will receive an SMS of the card number, courier details

6. After receiving the courier, you are required to update the card details through the website or mobile app

Apply Nol Personal card for adults through Zoom Shops in metro station

Adults can apply for nol express service at Zoom shop

1. Go to any Zoom shop in the metro station.
2. Apply for personal nol card and make the payment.
3. Once the payment is done, you will receive the card immediately.

• Validity of the nol personalized card for all except students: 5 years.
• Validity of Student personal nol card: Renew in 1 year. After 1 year the card becomes valid for the regular shopping without discount.

Who can use the personal nol card?

Adults, senior citizens, people of determination and students can use the personalized nol card.

Documents required for Adults / Students / People of determination / Senior citizen to apply Nol Personal Gold, Silver, Blue Card

Adults:

• Emirates ID photocopy
• Personal photograph with a white background (for personal cards only)

People of determination (Resident):

• Emirates ID photocopy (both sides)
• Personal photograph with a white background (for personal cards only)
• People of Determination Card or Sanad Card photocopy (both sides)
• Any other document required by RTA in accordance with the decisions issued by it in this regard.

People of determination (Tourist)

• Emirates ID or passport photocopy.
• Personal photograph with a white background.
• Proof of document from the competent authority in their country stated that the person is a people of determination
• Tourist POE card

Students (From 6 to 23 years old)

• Emirates ID photocopy
• Passport photocopy
• Personal photograph with a white background.
• A valid letter issued from the educational institution
• Any other document required by RTA in accordance with the decisions issued by it in this regard.

Senior Citizen (Customer above the age of 60)

• Emirates ID photocopy (both sides)
• Passport photocopy
• Personal photograph with a white background.
• Any other document required by RTA in accordance with the decisions issued by it in this regard.

Social Affairs

• Emirates ID photocopy (both sides)
• Passport photocopy
• Personal photograph with a white background.
• Proof of document from the competent authority in their country stated that the person is a people of determination
• A valid letter from the Community Development Authority stating that the customer is entitled to Social Security
• Any other document required by RTA in accordance with the decisions issued by it in this regard.
