• Nol travel pass is to travel multiple times through any public transport in Dubai, UAE except buses across cities.
• Nol Pass can be used unlimited in a day and can be loaded on to a nol card or a nol ticket

Procedure to renew a Nol travel pass / movement permit

Customers should renew the nol travel pass 5 days before the expiry. Customers can renew the Nol travel pass through

1. RTA Website
2. Ticket vending offices at the bus stations, metro stations
3. Nol pay app

Procedure and steps to renew Nol travel pass through the RTA website

1. Visit https://www.rta.ae/wps/portal/rta/ae/home/rta-services/service-details
2. Enter the nol card tag ID which is on the backside of the nol card.
3. Mention the travel zone and service validity
4. Make the payment through debit or credit card
5. Once the payment is done, the travel pass will be renewed

1. Log-in with HUAWEI ID in the nol pay app
2. Click “Renew Travel Pass”
3. Make the payment for the travel pass renewal value using the credit card or debit card.
4. Once the payment is done, the card will be renewed.
